CONSTANT Announces Formation of Advisory Board

(Torrance, CA) June 30, 2020 – Constant Associates (CONSTANT), an award-winning resilience consulting firm, is pleased to announce that we have formed an Advisory Board! The CONSTANT Advisory Board will actualize a remarkable opportunity to influence the growth, strategic positioning, and trajectory of our company.

In recent years, CONSTANT has experienced demonstrable growth, to include expansion of our customer base, further penetration of Federal and West Coast markets, and enhanced talent acquisition.  We have invested in our talent management programs to make sure that we hire and retain the best people in the business; we have vastly expanded our business development and sales strategies with people, technologies, and partnerships; and we have broadened our service offerings along with the systems and practices that we use to deliver our services.  Guided by our sole owner and CEO, and fortified by the experience and expertise brought to bear by our senior executive team and talented staff, we believe we have arrived at an optimal time to activate an advisory board to further strengthen our positioning.

Advisory Board Members will contribute to the meaningful growth of our company, inform our strategic direction, and support our operations through their expertise, relationships, and business acumen.  Our Board Members participate in quarterly meetings and execute on action items in between meetings which may consist of providing insight on opportunities, offering guidance on operational and financial decisions, helping us build relationships with key clients and partners, helping us to continue to grow as a superior employer for our staff, and assisting us in raising the visibility of our company.
