Janice Haith is a security, intelligence and Chief Information Officer (CIO) professional with 3+ decades of collaborative leadership experience. A former US Navy Chief Information Officer, she brings a deep understanding of the Federal ecosystem as well as experience gained from key private sector collaborations including Board and strategist roles for Intel Corporation, Oracle, and the Intelligence and National Security Council. Janice’s vast senior leadership roles have helped actualize digital transformation across the Federal IT enterprise. She served as Director, Intelligence Access for Warfighter Support under the Secretary of Defense, and Director, Enterprise Operations/Federal Information Sharing Executive for the DoD CIO, where her responsibilities included DoD oversight of key Federal information sharing programs as well as network operations policy and strategy.

Janice belongs to the Sustained Mentoring Program for the Black Engineer of the Year Award (BEYA) Stars & Stripes organization and mentors local high school students in STEM. Janice earned a Master’s degree in Information Systems and Services from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Hampton Institute of Virginia.
