Internship Program

CONSTANT Internship Program

Our Internship Program is built for team-oriented individuals who are ready to develop solid consulting and tactical skill sets through real-world experience. Interns have played a key role in our success and growth over the years. Each new wave has brought energy, creative ideas, and ever more diverse skillsets to our team.

Interested in joining CONSTANT’s Internship Program? We offer interns a competitive wage and the flexibility to align work and academic schedules to best suit their needs.

Real-World Experience

After completion of initial orientation and training, you’ll be engaged to support multiple projects while receiving mentorship from your supervisor and project teammates.

As your experience and proficiency grows you’ll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and more challenging work. During your internship and as is practicable, CONSTANT will help to facilitate your interests by inviting you to attend relevant professional training in the management consulting field.

Access Upon Completion

Interns who successfully complete our Internship Program in good standing will receive letters of recommendation, access to our professional network of interns, and assistance with professional opportunities. When job openings are available, interns who have demonstrated exceptional performance may be considered for our Support Specialist role, the starting point for future full-time employment with CONSTANT.
