CONSTANT is proud to support members of the United States military by providing professional opportunities through the Department of Defense (DOD) SkillBridge Program. This program gives transitioning service members an opportunity to gain valuable civilian work experience during their last 180 days of service.

The Opportunity
SkillBridge team members will gain hands-on experience in the civilian workforce with CONSTANT. We offer SkillBridge opportunities across our practice areas of emergency management, health security, emerging threats, and healthcare preparedness, as well as our corporate functions including business development, finance, people and culture, and IT.
CONSTANT’s SkillBridge program is designed to integrate DOD team members into our workflow, and we offer platforms for mentorship, contribution, and collaboration. Our commitment ot SkillBridge team members also includes support with career development. In fact, team members from our prior DOD SKillBridge cadres have taken on full time civilian employment roles with CONSTANT and our partner companies.
How to apply
Application Process
CONSTANT hires SkillBridge participants on a rolling basis based on our capacity, the number of positions available, and our projected volume of work. We try to engage SkillBridge participants for the full 180 days that the SkillBridge Program allows; however, we can only accept applications 2-3 months before the applicant becomes available.
