Our Story
A brief history of CONSTANT
CONSTANT was founded in 2004. Across our history our focus has remained steadfast — execute our mission of making the world a safer place. Our first contract involved the delivery of CBRN exercises for the government. From 2004 to 2009, our project portfolio grew steadily; we worked on projects related to everything from family reunification to WMD readiness, to earthquake preparedness.
Over the next decade we worked to expand across federal, state, and local government as well as the private sector. By 2020, we reinvested in the company by establishing a Board of Advisors and Executive Leadership Team; we added technologies and systems; and we reaffirmed investments in our culture and our people.
Along the way we’ve received awards, been published, and featured at conferences for our groundbreaking work.
