Scott MacKay is a Subject Matter Expert for Constant Associates with over twenty (20) years of experience in management and developing integrated marketing programs for local & national clients. Mr. MacKay has a wide range of practical marketing experience including: traditional, online, event, and promotional marketing, social media strategy, and application development.
Most recently he was the marketing lead for the City of Los Angeles’ Emergency Management Department’s Active Shooter Training and 5 Steps to Neighborhood Preparedness city wide marketing campaigns. Additionally, he is currently managing a nation-wide marketing recruitment program for the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health and a project for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Assistant Secretary of Preparedness and Response that is developing four web based trainings related to access and functional needs in emergency planning, emPOWER, and the role of HHS in recovery.
Mr. MacKay spent over a decade building outreach and marketing campaigns across the City of Los Angeles for the World Famous KROQ 106.7 and other CBS properties. At CBS he developed complete marketing campaigns for a wide range of clients including: Verizon Wireless, Galpin Automotive, Fresh & Easy, LA Car Guy, Red Bull, Mercury Insurance, Fox Television, Del Taco, Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, Turbo Tax, Home Depot, and more.
Mr. MacKay has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of La Verne.
