Ryan Dufour is a Graduate Intern at Constant Associates. Mr. Dufour earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Film Studies from Pepperdine University where he conducted a year-long research project examining the law enforcement and media responses to the Pulse Nightclub and Las Vegas Shootings. Currently Mr. Dufour is pursuing a Master Degree in Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Southern California with a Certificate in Homeland Security and Public Policy. At USC he serves as the Vice President of the Homeland Security Student Organization and has focused his studies on policy related to solving Homegrown Violent Extremism (HVE) issues.
While this is his first professional foray into the world of Emergency Preparedness his time working on Capitol Hill and on Campaigns for both candidates and major political parties has equipped him with an array of client facing expertise. Since beginning at Constant Associates in early 2019 Mr. Dufour has become certified in FEMA’s Incident Command System (ICS), a management system designed to enable effective and efficient domestic incident management.
