Meet Our Team: Scott Frazier - DoD Skillbridge Peer Mentor

Scott is a transitioning military officer currently participating in the Constant Associates Executive Peer Mentorship SkillBridge Program.  An accomplished Government Executive, Scott brings more than two decades of achievement steering strategic change, leading critical crisis management efforts, and directing large-scale, matrix organizations to achieve vision, mission and objectives.

Scott was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army in 1996, and spent the next 25+ years honing his emergency management knowledge and skills while serving in various leadership and staff positions supporting Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) response, expeditionary healthcare operations, domestic crisis response operations, foreign humanitarian assistance & disaster relief missions, worldwide patient movement missions, and combat operations around the globe.

Early in Scott’s career he began supporting domestic emergencies as part of a specialized Department of Defense (DoD) WMD response team. Since then, Scott has led the planning and execution of dozens of DoD operations responding to foreign or domestic disasters including the DoD response to Hurricane Sandy, Isaac, Maria, Dorian, Laura, Sally and Ida, the evacuation of U.S. patients from Japan in response to the Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami, DoD’s support of wildland firefighting operations in 2021, and DoD’s support to the whole of government response to Ebola and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Scott has earned a Master of Arts degree in Government from Harvard University, a Master of Science degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Missouri State University. He is a certified Federal/Emergency Response Official (F/ERO) with more than 500 hours of Emergency Management & Homeland Security training from the Emergency Management Institute, National Fire Academy, Department of Energy, and Department of Defense.
