Meet our Team: Maggie Peters, MBA - People & Culture Manager

Maggie Peters currently serves as HR Manager at Constant Associates. She brings in over 30 years of experience in Human Resources to CONSTANT. She has experience in all facets of HR including talent acquisition/onboarding, performance management, benefits, compensation, employee relations, HR analytics, communications/policies, change management, employee relations, HRIS, and training and development.
She is trained in Prosci ADKAR Change Management, AIHR HR Analytics Leader and the Korn Ferry Competency framework. Maggie has a Masters of Business Administration and four active certifications including SPHR, SCP, Predictive Index (PI) Talent Optimization, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
