Dr. Bryan is a Federal Project Manager at CONSTANT with over 15 years of experience in emergency management, public health, and project management at the federal, state, and local levels. She is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Dr. Bryan began her Emergency Management career as a Public Assistance Officer and Hazard Mitigation Assistant at the Delaware Emergency Management Agency (DEMA). She progressed into the role of Planner at DEMA, and moved on to FEMA as a Planner in the Response Planning Division at FEMA HQ in Washington D.C. Most recently, she was a Senior Planner at the Department of Health and Human Services in the ASPR Strategy, Policy, Planning, and Requirements Division. In these roles, she has led project teams and written a wide range of disaster response plans, from natural hazards and public health to national special security events. In addition to her primary role, she has served as a Contracting Officers Representative (COR) and a Planning Section Chief in a myriad of NRCC/SOC deployments and exercises.
Dr. Bryan earned a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in Emergency Management from Walden University, an MS in Human Resource Management from Wilmington University, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
