Jayson Kratoville is a seasoned portfolio manager with over a decade of experience helping people, organizations, and communities adapt to evolving risks. He has built planning, training, and exercise programs related to emergency management, public health, counterterrorism, and severe weather.
Prior to joining CONSTANT, Jayson led the National Center for Security & Preparedness (NCSP) at the University at Albany, State University of New York (SUNY). The NCSP’s team of 250+ developed and implemented training in support of SLTT agencies, providing up to 100 deliveries per year and reaching 40,000+ professionals. Most recently, Jayson collaborated with public health experts on COVID-19 response strategies for higher education, as well as atmospheric scientists in the U.S. and Taiwan on severe weather decision-making.
Jayson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration in Homeland Security and Government Information Strategy & Management from the University at Albany. He is an adjunct faculty member at the University’s College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security, and Cybersecurity and a Fellow at SUNY New Paltz’s Institute for Disaster Mental Health.
