Donna Chaney is the Federal Business Development Director at Constant Associates with over 20 years of experience supporting clients at the federal, state, and local levels. In addition to business development, her professional experience includes marketing, proposal production, project and client account management, strategic planning, and business operations.

Prior to joining CONSTANT, Donna was the Business Development and Operations Manager for a small consulting firm in Maryland that specialized in needs assessments and resource planning for federal, state, and local government agencies. In addition to serving as the first Business Development Manager for the company, she was also a Senior Consultant, responsible for project management and client engagement and support. Donna’s career experience also includes working as a client account manager for a national public safety software company and serving as a police officer in Howard County, MD, where her interest in emergency management at a local level was first developed.

Donna received both her master’s degree and undergraduate degree from Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD.
