Cynthia Downes is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Constant Associates and is responsible for the company’s financial operations.

Prior to becoming CONSTANT’s CFO, Cynthia held Senior Financial positions at both public and private companies, including Guidehouse (formally PWC Public Services), Versar, EDI, and Tetra Tech EM Inc. Cynthia’s former positions as CFO included responsibilities for financial reporting, SEC compliance, M&A, accounting, insurance activities, treasury and Federal Government compliance.

Cynthia holds board positions at Riverside Research, George Mason University, and The CFO Leadership council.  Ms. Downes received her master’s degree from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and her undergraduate degree from Purdue University.
