Christy Carry brings over 7 years of proposal writing experience to Constant Associates. She specializes in local government procurement and RFP responses, particularly at the county and municipal level. In addition to proposal writing, Ms. Carry’s professional experience includes marketing, graphic design, contract management, records management archive and disaster recovery plan development, and research.
Prior to joining CONSTANT, Christy was the Senior Proposal Writer for the largest private document preservation and records management company specifically devoted to serving the needs of local government. Christy was responsible for producing proposals and RFP responses for county and municipal government clients seeking document conservation and digitization services and records management software. Additionally, Christy served as the company’s GSA contract administrator and provided research support to the marketing, executive, sales teams in topics related to records management legislation, procurement, and conservation best practices.
Christy earned her Master’s degree in History from Southern Methodist University and her Bachelor’s degree in History and Philosophy from Davidson College.
