Kyle Tocco - Graduate Intern

Kyle Tocco is a Graduate Intern at Constant and Associates working to provide support for emergency management, counter-terrorism and homeland security projects. Mr. Tocco has over 7+ years as an Image Intelligence Analyst serving in the United States Military conducting counter-intelligence operations.

Mr. Tocco was born in Los Angeles, California and attended Green Valley High School. His great-grandfather and grandfather are both veterans as well as his uncle Richard, who flew combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. This motivated Kyle Tocco’s desire to serve in the armed forces. While in training, Mr. Tocco was selected to attend school at the US Army Image Intelligence Center located in Ft. Huachuca, Arizona where he received further training in geospatial image intelligence and reconnaissance. He conducted a combat deployment in 2009 as a Geospatial Image Intelligence Analyst (GIIA) supporting counter-terrorism operations in Baghdad, Iraq.

Mr. Tocco separated from the military to pursue his educational goals and graduated from Loyola Marymount University, majoring in Political Science with a minor in International Relations. Upon graduating, Kyle was accepted into UCLA where he is currently working on his master’s in business administration. Mr. Tocco now works with Constant and Associates providing support and counsel on major disaster projects.
