If you are looking to grow with an innovative team where you can make an immediate impact with a supportive, collaborative, and flexible work environment-we’re the place for you!This Is What You’ll DoAs a graphic designer, you will be an integral part of our very successful Business Development team and will be responsible for creating impactful designs to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders. Here are a few of the ways you will support CONSTANT’s continued growth:Create impactful designs and graphics to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders, including compelling proposal content and client reports and presentations.Utilize CONSTANT templates and style guides to produce highly customized, graphical content. Ensure corporate image is consistently reflected and creatively used.Plan, analyze, and create original visual solutions to communicate proposal and project content.Plan, design, and execute print and multi-media deliverables that engage, inform, and educate our stakeholders.Apply the latest industry tools and best practices.Identify the most effective ways to convey messages in print and electronic media using color, typography, illustrations, photography, animation, and other print and layout techniques.Understand and convey complex customer requirements and project deliverables through graphical content.Support the overall marketing and social media strategies of the company by developing graphics and material for internet web pages, social media, interactive media, multimedia projects, newsletters, publications, and other promotional collateral.Organize and maintain libraries of graphics and other related proposal and project resources.Manage multiple tasks under different deadlines.Adhere to our standards for accuracy, consistency, and clarity.Ensure CONSTANT’s standards for integrity, service, team, quality, and gratitude are upheld.Qualifications, Skills, and CharacteristicsRequiredOne to three years of related work experience.Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.Proficiency with graphic content creation tools to create, design, develop, and deliver graphic designs.Ability to learn new software applications.Strong written and verbal communications skills. High degree of professionalism, diplomacy, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Extreme attention to detail and quality control.Proven ability and desire to work as a member of a high-functioning collaborative team, including a willingness to lean in and do what it takes to get the job done, while also working independently and achieving goals.Receptive to feedback and skilled at interpreting guidance to envision multiple concepts to ultimately deliver an end product that exceeds expectations.U.S. citizen.Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign proficiency. Microsoft Office proficiency. Location, Compensation and BenefitsLocation: Remote.
