Evan Koepke is a Support Specialist at Constant and Associates with ten years of experience in emergency services, disaster management, and organizational development both domestically and abroad. His specialties include project management, planning, process improvement, risk assessment, training and exercise programming, incident management, and after-action analysis.
Evan’s interest in emergency management was sparked at the University of Virginia while serving with wilderness rescue and rural EMS agencies. In the time since, he has helped manage over 100 major emergency and disaster operations, including responses to five international humanitarian crises. Evan has worked closely with local, state, federal, and non-governmental organizations to develop their organizational and disaster management capabilities. Most recently, he served for four years as the lead operations planner for Team Rubicon, where he built their operational planning program and helped lead their National Operations Center.
Evan is currently a Graduate Student at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy pursuing dual degrees in Public Administration and Planning, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Homeland Security and Public Policy. He is an IAEM Certified Emergency Manager and PMI Project Management Practitioner.
