Contributes to the successful execution of projects by serving as a Deputy Project Manager, assisting with writing, research, planning, meeting scheduling, administrative duties, and analysis in the emergency management, public health, and homeland security arena.In executing on these priorities, it’s important to ensure that CONSTANT’s standards for integrity, service, team, and quality are upheld. · Serving as the liaison and main point of contact for the project planning team (not the Project Manager on the client side) and responding quickly to all planning team member requests for information and resources· Setting up and maintaining project files and structure (Teamwork, Teams/Sharepoint) including keeping all project files up-to-date and organized according to PM direction· Take meeting notes and contribute to drafting project meeting minutes according to CONSTANT QA/QC standards and templates· Contribute to facilitation of internal and external project-related meetings, workshops, interviews, presentations, and other events. · Assist the PM in delegating project tasks and assignments effectively across project teams· Contribute to deliverable development (e.g., writing, research, logistics, etc.)· Takes on limited project management-related tasks under mentorship and supervision of other Project Managers (e.g., drafting a Project Management Plan, drafting subcontractor agreements, etc.)· Serve as DPM and/or alternate PM in the event that the PM is unavailable QualificationsTo be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:Ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of education and/or experience in one or more of CONSTANT’s service areas: Healthcare Preparedness, Counterterrorism, Health Security or Emergency ManagementExcellent communication, writing, formatting, and presentation skillsDetail and process-orientedTeam-oriented, collaborativeProficiency in MS 365 suite, including familiarity working in templatesS. CitizenIdeal candidates may also possess several of the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Business, Emergency Management, Public Health, National Security or related field or equivalent experienceEmergency Management/Preparedness industry experience0-3 years of consulting / professional service delivery experienceExperience providing consulting services to government agenciesBasic graphic design Data analysis and presentation, including dashboardsAbout UsOur mission is to make this world a safer place.
