Bill Pepler currently serves as Project Manager for Constant Associates in Los Angeles, CA. In this position, he assists public health clients in the development of response plans, training employees and volunteers in MCM and RSS, and coordinating exercises.
In 2018, he retired from the Maricopa (Phoenix) County Department of Public Health where he held the position of Training Officer. During this time, he served as Public Health Liaison to the Multi Agency Coordination Center for Super Bowl XLIX, the 2015 Pro Bowl, the 2016 College Football National Championship Game, and the 2017 Final Four.
In 2006, Bill retired as Fire Chief and Emergency Management Director from Merrimack, NH. During his long career, Chief Pepler held numerous training assignments including Adjunct Instructor at the National Fire Academy in the Executive Fire Officer Program, Senior Instructor at NH Fire Academy, and Adjunct Professor at Keene State College.
Chief Pepler earned a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University. He is Pro Board-Certified Fire and Emergency Instructor, a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM), and a Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP).
